With the ongoing situation with the pandemic, there is a list of countries I cannot currently ship to. You can check them here.
I am currently NOT ACCEPTING ORDERS TO THE UK! All orders going to the UK will be cancelled and refunded.
SHIPPING TIMES
The preparation time needed for me to send out packages is 1-3 days, with the exception of preordered items.
USA: Orders arrive within 3-10 business days.
INTERNATIONAL: Orders arrive between 2-4 weeks, but may take longer depending on your country's customs.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
I am only able to change the address on your parcel if it has not been shipped out yet! Please use the contact tab above or email me directly at [email protected].
REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS
I will only issue refunds if an order has not yet been packed or shipped out. If a refund is needed, please be aware I only refund about 90% of an order because of transaction fees. Please double check your order before placing it!
Aside from this, I will only accept returns or refunds if I have given you the wrong item(s) on my behalf.
I do my best to pack order nicely and securely! Once packages are dropped off at the post office, I am not responsible if packages are lost, delayed, or damaged. Please do not order if you are unable to accept these terms.
